  3. If you are sending a mass email first time from your Gmail account, send a lower quantity of emails at starting.


How to restore suspended Gmail account?


Follow the below method to restore suspended Gmail account:


  1. First of all, sign in to your Google Admin console.

  2. Sign in with your administrator account that does not end in @gmail.com.

  3. Navigate to the user’s account page.

  4. Click Restore from the top right. If you cannot find restore option, wait up to 24 hours before the limits are reset automatically. During this time, you can still use other Google services.

  5. Click Reset user in the pop-up message.

  6. Now your Gmail account will be enabled within 15 minutes. Sign in and access your email again.
