Mostly Apple users frequently use the Safari browser to connect with the world of the internet. But, after the update of iOS 13, users have been facing some issues with it such as Safari not connected to the internet, freezes, random Safari crash, and web link does not respond.

1) Restart Safari app:-
Sometimes, it may be possible that by using continuously the Safari app causes a deadlock or more issues. So, to resolve it, start with the quick fixes for the app by restarting the Safari app.
To restart the app you need to double click on the home button on your home screen> then swipe up Safari app to close it down> wait for few seconds> then restart the Safari app. See if this resolves your issues.
2) Restart your device:-
Restart your device is a very effective process as doing so will refresh the apps and data, release extra used memory that sometimes causes a delay in the working on an app or system.
To start your iPad you are required to hold the sleep and wake buttons and press it until the slider appears. So swipe the slider from left to right till the screen turn off> wait for few seconds> then press the sleep and wake button once again to restart your device.
